CALCARB is a compound with formula CaCO3 that occurs naturally as limestone ,marble or chalk .It is an additive used as weighting material and as bridging – sealing agent to minimize invasion of filtrate and whole fluid to the formation . It is 97 – 98.5% acid soluble.

Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is a chemical compound . This substance is usually found under rocks in many parts of the world and especially in the limestone.

KDCARB sized -ground marble is an acid soluble sized product used as a bridging agent for fluid loss applications, increasing fluid density for drill -in applications.

KDCARB ground marble is available in variable size(d50) from 5 to 100 microns.
