KD13740 is water soluble corrosion inhibitor for use in oil& gas production and stimulation.

KD13740 Use for the prevention of strontium and Barium sulphate deposit and reduce the intervention and clean out.

KD13740 exhibits the threshold effect in aqueous solution to prevent the formation of scale deposit.

KD-13740 De-scaler or scale dissolver /corrosion inhibitor is a low cost, non-damaging has a high performance at the field operating conditions.                                 

KD-13740  is a sequestering /chelating  agent, synthetic  amino  acid.                                                          

KD13740 helps to dissolve metallic impurities such as Ca,Mg,Pb,Sr, or other alkaline earth metals from the process or system and form a stable compound that is extracted from the system.

KD-13740 showed a solubility efficiency of 94.8% at a low temperature of 45 deg.C and 79% at 35°C.It is low -cost, non – damaging to the surface facilities, well tubed, equipments .               

KD – 13740 has high degree of thermal stability , environmentally friendly and not produce any H2S gas after scale dissolution . Ba /Sr/Ca /Mg /Pb etc dissolution, ideally, increases with increase in concentration, accessibility and soaking time.
