Emulsifiers, are chemicals that are added to emulsions to improve their stability. These chemicals work by reducing the surface tension between the oil and water phases, which helps to prevent the droplets from coalescing and separating.

Primary Emulsifier

KDMUL-P serves as a primary emulsifier use to emulsify water into oil in oil -base mud systems.It give good emulsification, improved thermal stability of the invert emulsion , and enhanced high – temperature , high -pressure ( HTHP ) filtration control ,improve a drilling fluid ‘s oil wetting characteristics and has a working temp . up to 177°C(350 °F) KDMUL-P can maintain high ES ( electrical stability), low HTHP filtrate and desired rheological property.

Secondary Emulsifier

KDMUL-S Secondary emulsifiers added to emulsions in order to enhance their stability and prevent the formation of larger droplets. These secondary emulsifier helps to maintain the small droplet size and prevent the emulsion from breaking down over time. Acid Emulsifier

AE-101 ashless dispersant with low chlorine content is a dispersion of one immiscible liquid in another miscible liquid .

The liquid phase that is dispersed is known as the internal phase or the dispersed phase, while the other liquid phase is called the external phase or the continuous phase. In conventional acidification treatments different acids are used, the most common are: simple hydrochloric (HCl), acetic (CH3 COOH), formic (HCOOH), gelled acids , Viscoelastic surfactant acids , and emulsified acids .

Continuous acid emulsion protects tubulars during pumping by minimizing acid contact and also mitigates acid reaction in the near wellbore during placement.AE-101 is desired to delay acidification so that the acid fluid can penetrate some distance from the well before reacting with the rock. With Diesel/kerosene /Xylene/K.Oil being the continuous phase, acid-rock contact does not occur immediately, and the emulsion can penetrate several meters from the well before all the acid is consumed.
